Job Description

As a Human Capital Consultant, you will be a valuable resource in our Consulting function in Kenya, focusing on the execution of multiple complex projects in the respective service line offerings;
·         Recruitment;
·         Psychometric Assessments;
·         Organization Redesign;
·         Job Analysis and Job Evaluation;
·         Remuneration Surveys and Salary Structuring;
·         Skills Assessments;
·         Talent Management; and
·         Change Management
As the ideal team player, you should possess the following attributes:
·         Bachelors degree in a business related field (Masters degree will be an added advantage).
·         Relevant professional qualification e.g. Higher National Diploma in HR.
·         At least three (3) years’ relevant work experience.

As a Manager in Solutions Centre, you will be based in Kenya with occasional travel to the EA region and will focus on the following:
·         Drive private sector business development and relationship management to increase the rate of new business, and penetration among existing clients;
·         Proactively develop, package and sell cross-service line opportunities to drive client competitive advantage and/or shareholder value;
·         Implement an internal change management agenda to deliver the firm to existing/prospective clients;
·         Proactive, creative and innovative assessments of private client and industry sector needs and packaging them into winning propositions; and
·         Develop points of view, eminence and research pieces around the pains, challenges and opportunities of the target client profile to drive business development.
