Roles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily activities of the institution.
- Performing administrative duties
- Help in the development of an academic curriculum
- Manage all extracurricular activities
- Help in the planning of events
- Help in the recruitment of teachers and other staff.
Qualification
- A minimum of a diploma in Business management/
Administration, a degree holder would be an added advantage.
- A holder of CPA Part II or Part III
- Experience in college administration, handling students
affairs i.e. health, counseling services, housing etc.
- Age of 35 yrs and above
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills.
- A confident and determined approach.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a
team.
- The capacity to flourish in a college environment.
- Ability to give good reports
2. College Secretary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to inquiries
- Admission of students
- Collection & receipting of fees
- Updating of students register, fee register & any
other record filing
- Any other duty as delegated by administrator
Qualification
- Diploma in secretarial duties or Certificate/Diploma in
computer applications
- Computer literate
- Experience in education institution will be an added
advantage
3.Tutors For Accounts CPA & ATC
Roles and Responsibilities
- Teaching
- Students Continous assessment
- Marking CATS and Mock exams
- Mentoring students
Qualification
- CPA Part III or CPA Part II for Accounts tutors
- Diploma in Secretarial or Secretarial Stage I, II &
III for secretarial
- Computer literate
- Experience in teaching will be an added advantage
