Administrative Assistant

Under the overall supervision of the Director and under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the incumbent will provide routine and administrative assistance in assisting to implement all activities in relation to the daily and emerging tasks of the Project Manager.

We are looking for a young vibrant Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support, logistics support,organizational, and logistical service to the organization, in various departments to enable efficacy of the organization.

Over view of requirements:

Possess a Degree or Diploma in PR, Communications, certificate in Secretarial Studies, or equivalent from a recognized training institution.
Have a minimum of two years working experience in a busy institution. 

Experience in Front Office operations and telephone techniques would be an added advantage.
Holders of relevant certificates with 5 years’ experience in busy institutions will be considered.
Possess excellent IT skills, self driven, works with little or no supervision, good computer skills.

Must have;
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, balance and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong results orientation, meticulous attention to detail and good judgement.
  • Passion for giving back to the community and fieldwork.
  • Willingness to perform dynamic duties.
  • Must be humble, a team player, a self driven person.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Must be eloquent, presentable and have good writing skills.
  • Perform tasks delegated by the Manager.
