Accounts Associates (Cash Cycle Process)
Location: Nairobi
Our client, a global leader in Business Process and Technology
Management, is seeking to recruit accounts associates with sound Cash Cycle
Management skills.
Key tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide
accurate and Cash Cycle related reports and analysis to relevant markets
and appropriate Cash Cycle teams on time (Including management information
and internal effectiveness reports)
- Develop
Cash Cycle reporting package and methods to support issue resolution and
decision making
- Ensure
adherence of quality and process controls (CARM and audit)
- Identify
and understand the financial and operational impacts of the processes and
reporting.
- Use
appropriate communication channels and style
Qualifications / Experience
- Must
have an Accounting or Finance degree
- At
least 1-3 years experience in cash cycle process with strong MS Office
knowledge and ability to produce cash cycle reports using Access
- Able
to effectively prioritize incoming issues and build on acquired knowledge
when making decisions in own area of responsibility
- Should
have System skills in SAP system and makro programming
