who can join our radio commercial team as Team Leader - Radio
Role of the Position
- To
engage with clients arid offer them full,value for their communication
needs by coming up with innovative concepts to meet their
needs.
- Develop
strategy to increase sales volumes and market share
- Build
and achieve results through teams.
- Achieve
set team targets both annual and quarterly
- Motivation
and leadership of teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- A
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant
degree.
- Professional
diploma qualification in Marketing
- Full
competence in presentation skills is required
- Experience
of 4 years preferably in radio sales
