Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Scheme Administrator through the Scheme Officer, the Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:-
- Providing
general support to the Officers in the secretariat.
- Ensuring
general office cleanliness.
- Handling
deliveries, mailings and other duties.
- Providing
assistance on customer service matters and queries.
- Records
management
- Other
duties as may be allocated from time to time.
Education And Experience
- Applicants
must have at least KCSE C or equivalent with credits in English and
Mathematics or equivalent. They must have over 5 years experience in
office support services.
- They
must have a diploma in records management or office management.
- They
must be familiar with administrative procedures.
- They
must be computer literate and have a valid and clean driving license for
over 5 yrs.
