Customer Service, Marketing and Sales Administrator

ACMSA  (AGE 25-32)

Qualifications and Skills
·                     A Graduate from any Recognized University or Diploma college in East Africa in a business related course. 

·                     Training in Business related courses, Marketing, Communication, IT management ,
·                     Fluent and Articulate in English and Kiswahili 
·                     Excellent knowledge of Nairobi - Commercial Districts, Main Roads, Streets and Residential areas a must
·                     Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office (will be tested)
·                     Working Knowledge of Finance or Insurance not a must but an added advantage
·                     Office Organizational skills including data entry, report writing, filing , email correspondence, sales administration etc ( will be tested)
·                     Marketing or Sales Skills an added advantage Front office, reception, call center, control room training also an added advantage.
Work Experience
·                     Work in Customer Service, Sales Administration or Marketing in a service oriented firm for minimum of 1-2 years will be an added advantage. (NOT A MUST)
·                     Ability to work day or night
Tasks and Responsibilities
·                     Handling customer service calls
·                     Sales Administration - creating and servicing orders
·                     Marketing of Company products
·                     Data entry, Report Generation, Dispatch, Filing and service scheduling
·                     Claims processing
·                     Business Correspondence
·                     Dealing with Suppliers, Police, Hospitals, Insurance companies, brokers and agents
All Short listed Candidates will be tested in areas of proficiency.
