Position: Sales Assistant 

Job Purpose

To provide sales solutions while managing staff and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities will include:-

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
  • Answering calls and handling queries,
  • Managing staff
  • Sales and Marketing products
  • Online marketing through social media
  • Managing exhibition sales and setup
  • Working on Managerial requests
  • Commissioning work on the principal's behalf,
Knowledge, Competencies and Experience
  • Diploma in Sales and marketing
  • Basic accounting skills e.g. CPA 1 qualification
  • Experience in Sales an advantage
Skills Required
  • Female aged between 25-35 yrs old preferred
  • Driving experience (advantage)
  • In touch with internet and social media
  • Responsible and innovative
  • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills;
  • Fast learner and initiative
  • Highly organized individual
