Emergency Plus Medical
Services (E-Plus) is a private company,
limited by guarantee, fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross Society to offer
emergency medical services which include 24hr ambulance services, Pre-hospital
care training and the sale of first aid kits.
The Organization is
looking to fill the following position;
Office Assistant
- Deliver
invoices, parcels and other documents to clients as well as suppliers.
- Assist
in debt collection.
- Assist
the Stores Assistants in Stock take processes.
- Assist
in posting customer invoices.
- Assist
in filling and record keeping of financial documents.
- Perform
any other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements
- Diploma
in Business administration of equivalent.
- At
least one year experience in the same capacity of office administration.

- Possess
people skills.
- Self
starter who can work independently.
- Ability
to prioritize and work under minimum supervision.
- Ability
to follow directions.
- Honesty,
integrity and commitment is highly valued.
