HR Officer (1)
Reports to the Assistant Head of HR & Admin
- Responsible
for the implementation of performance management & reward system
within the organization
- Responsible
for the implementation of Health & Safety policies and ensure
compliance with OSHA Act
- Responsible
for managing the recruitment function.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors
degree in HRM or Higher Diploma in HRM from a recognized institution
- A
minimum of 1 year in a busy HR environment
- Good
knowledge of the Labour Laws especially OSHA Act
- Excellent
computer skills
- Good
interpersonal skills
- High
integrity
- Credible
experience in Health & safety function and performance management (a
must)
- Having
some exposure in the cleaning industry or hospitality industry is an added
advantage
