To join our team, we intend to undertake urgent recruitment ofCountry Manager to manage our Uganda business.
The position is based in Kampala Uganda with reporting to the
Group General Manager who is based in Nairobi.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation
& Execution of Country business plan.
- Delivery
of budgeted profit targets.
- Delivery
of target business growth & Retention.
- Staff
Management.
- Enforcement
of management controls and procedures.
- Delivery
of high quality customer service.
- Ensure
safe, profitable & effective deployment of all resources/ flexible use
of company assets.
- Ensure
competitive strategy for all business functions within the country.
- Continuous
improvement of country management structure to ensure high performance and
business continuity.
- Budget
control for the entire Uganda operations
The ideal Candidate:-
- A
minimum of University degree, preferably in business management or
equivalent
- Experience
– Minimum 5 years
- Excellent
