Founded in East London, South Africa in 2001 through the
consolidation of a number of companies to form a diversified financial services
group, Real People Investment Holdings (Real People) offers a range of
credit-linked financial products to individuals throughout South Africa and
increasingly, in East Africa.
Real People wishes to establish an Eastern African executive management structure and to this end, is looking to recruit an experienced Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership for the Eastern Africa business and develop it into a financially sustainable business of the Group.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A
post-graduate qualification in Commerce or an equivalent qualification
with an MBA qualification as an added advantage.
- Registration
as a chartered accountant, or equivalent registration with a professional
institution
- A
positive track record of at least 10 years executive level leadership
experience with a proven record in strategy development and execution
- Strategic
leadership experience gained in a banking or financial services
environment, preferably in an international or multi-national operating
environment in East Africa.
