- Diploma
in Food production from a recognized College
- Degree
is an added advantage
- 5
years experience in a busy Hotel or Guesthouse as a Head Cook/Chef
- Must
have Knowledge of Food cost and Food Cost control
- Ability
to prepare assorted cuisines
- High
sense of creativity and flexibility
- Aged
25 – 35 years
