Supplies Department Job in Kenya


The Organization:

A professional estate management and coffee marketing company with over 30 years experience of high quality agro-financial management and consultancy services in coffee and tea, is looking for a results-oriented person to work in its
Supplies Department.

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

Reporting to the Supplies Manager and stationed in the head office, the
person will:

  • Be in charge of agrochem customers’ service.
  • Provide technical information to clients on inputs and agronomic interventions.
  • Manage customers’ accounts in terms of credit controls.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports to the Supplies Manager
  • Offer administrative support between Stores and the Supplies Manager’s office;
  • Logistics management -receipts, deliveries and also processing of export/import documentation.
Specific Qualifications and Experience:
  • BSc in Agriculture or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting - an added advantage
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be 25 years of age and above
