Manage, motivate, coach and develop the medical and sales
representatives who report to you.

Sales forecasting, objective setting and budget management for
your region and its territories

Manage client relationships throughout all the sales cycles.
·
Conduct CMEs.
Person profile
·
Bachelors degree
·
Must be a self starter.
·
Pharmaceutical marketing experience with evidence of market
knowledge.
·
Must be able to demonstrate sales record(3+ years) at high level
of achievement.
·
Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to
interact with any level within our organization.
·
Ability to self-motivate, multi task and work independently.
·
Well developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
