Job Description


Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the Receptionist will be charged with the following:

  • Answering of visitors inquiries.
  • Directing visitors to appropriate contacts. Answering of incoming calls. Arranging appointments for quests to meet with organization staff.
  • Any other assignment may be assigned from time to time.
Professional Qualifications
  • Diploma in Public relations/customer relations/ Customer care management or any other related qualifications.
Other Qualifications
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good personality
  • Public relations skills.
  • Five (5) years experience in a reputable organization.
  • Between 25 - 30 years.
The position will be on contractual basis for a 2 years renewable contract.
