Hotel Manager Job in Nakuru, Kenya


Tumaini Cottages and Conference Centre is a Christian based Centre offering unique
conference services. We are located approximately 13 kilometers from Nakuru
Town. We wish to recruit a dynamic and result oriented person for the above position.

Responsibilities:-

  • Marketing the hotel, booking and reservations
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the Centre.
  • Planning for the daily requirements in most cost effective manner.
  • Supervision of staff.
  • Providing timely reports to the Board.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality from a recognized institution
  • Three years’ experience in similar position.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • A committed Christian.
