Main Responsibility
- Develop,
implement and maintain policies and standards to ensure they are fully
implemented.
- Ensure
that all systems are secure and data integrity is maintained all the time.
- To
review and recommend infrastructure and systems upgrades in line with
changing business and technology needs.
- Responsible
for the day to day management of the IT revenue and budgets.
- Responsible
for support of communications equipment (PABX, including wireless
technology, Internet-based services, Telephone and LAN connectivity)
- Responsible
for design, security, planning and management of local and wide area
network infrastructure.
- Required
to manage the IT team in providing a comprehensive, co-ordinated and
integrated IT Service to the Club as a whole.
- Maintain
measures in place for business continuity and disaster recover processes
and procedures including backup and restore of both servers and local
storage facilities.
- Maintain,
implement and commission the company’s ERP system.
- Decides
on appropriate IT training solutions in conjunction with Human Resources
department as appropriate.
- Any
other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- A
University degree in IT or related field.
- MSCE,
CCNA, highly required.
- Hands
on Experience on Server administration, ERP systems, Database servers,
Mail servers, Web Programming and Backup Systems.
- Minimum
of 5 years’ experience in a busy environment preferably the hospitality
industry with at least 2 years in a managerial post.
- Excellent
communication, analytical, planning and reporting skills.
