/ Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage
diaries accurately at all times and welcome patients
- Facilitate
all the executive and board meetings and document the minutes.
- Provide
secretarial and administrative support to the office. This involves:
- Filing,
drafting letters, screening calls
- All
administrative tasks such as purchasing of office sundries, stationery
- Ensuring
patients payments are received, receipted and any balance recorded
appropriately
- Make
follow-up on pending payments and appointments
- Monitor/issuance
of company resources such as office equipment, stationery, keys
- Ensure
the daily operations run smoothly
- Appropriately
monitor the reception and ensure it is not left unattended
- Maintain
a clean environment at all times (Reception area and offices)
- Follow-up
payments due until secured
Education and Experience
- Ordinary
level (C - or C)
- Full
Secretarial Certificate – Business English, Commerce/Book-keeping, Office
Practice, Typing Skills of at least 50WPM - (Diploma holders will have an
added advantage)
- Experience
in handling the front office
- Working
knowledge of MS-Office (Word & Spreadsheets, Internet, E-mail)
- 1-2
years work experience
