in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Be
over 35 years of age
- Be
computer literate
- Have
held a similar or comparable position in well established real estate
companies or related work for 7 years
- Have
Project Management skills
- Prove
experience in financial management or related areas
- Have
good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
