Our client, a boarding secondary school offering 8-4-4 curriculum
seeks to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of School Principal.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and supervising all the activities of the school including development of academic and other school policies, enrolment and welfare of students, recruitment and management of staff, interacting with the general public, governmental agencies and other external stakeholders, overseeing preparation and implementation of school’s plans and budgets and advising the Board on all matters pertaining to the operations of the school.
QualificationsKey Responsibilities

- At
least 10 years teaching experience of which 3 years must be hands-on
administrative experience in an educational institution (at Principal or
Deputy or Departmental Head Level).
- Holder
of Bachelor of Education degree or
Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (if first degree is not in Education).
- Strong
Leadership, management, communication skills and ability to build and lead
effective teams.
