- Collection
of data for CBA negotiations, preparation and participation in
negotiations at renewal.
- Receiving
and handling grievance and disputes.
- Counseling
and disciplinary process.
- Preparation
of defense in court cases, arising out of Industrial actions.
- Custodial
of factory seasonal records and updates.
The Person:
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- A
University degree in Social Sciences.
- Higher
National Diploma in business or Human Resources.
- Knowledge
of Labour laws will be an added advantage.
- Aged
between 25 and 35 years.
- 2
to 3 years experience.
- Must
be results oriented and ready to work for long hours.
