The company is looking for an energetic East African to fill the position of Operations Manager in the Uganda Country office.
The Role:
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will mainly work as a catalyst for business development and efficiency, ensuring that all operational tasks are successfully executed in the Kampala office.
The incumbent will also have overall responsibility on the country office,

Responsibilities
- Assure
that all operational tasks are executed
- Has
responsibility for increasing business in the country office
- Proactively
identify gaps, develop and propose solutions, take corrective actions
- Give
leadership to the country office staff to ensure the business meets client
requirements satisfactorily
- Provide
support, coaching and practical advice
- Act
as catalyst for effectiveness and efficiency throughout the company
Hard skills
- At
least 3 years business development experience. Technical sales experience
will be a definite advantage
- At
least 3 years operations experience.
- At
least 2 years of managing teams of a minimum of 3 people
- Good
presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor
degree in commerce (marketing option)
- Strong
skills in the use of MS office
