Development Advisory Services (KPMG DAS) to provide fund management services for the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (the AECF or the Fund) through a competitive tender process. The AECF is a challenge fund capitalised by multilateral and bilateral donors (the AECF donors) to stimulate private sector entrepreneurs in Africa to innovate and find profitable ways of doing business that result in increasing the incomes of, and employment opportunities for, the rural poor.
