Purpose of the position:
- To
deputize for the P&C Director in the leadership of the WVK P&C
team.
- To
contribute to the development and implementation of the P&C LEADER
strategy.
- To
ensure policies and procedures are in accordance with the National Labor
laws and complied with.
- To
build the capacity of the field-based P&C staff
- Communicate
World Vision's Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life
that is an example to others.
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and
Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

- Must
have a university degree or equivalent in Human resources and
administration. A postgraduate degree will give an added advantage.
- Requires
a high level of management and organizational skills.
- As
least 7-10 years experience in HR generalist management roles.
- Must
have a through knowledge of office systems, including computer
applications.
- Must
be aware and functional in cross-cultural environment.
- Needs
good communications and inter-personal skills.
- Must
have supervisory experience.
- Must
have a thorough knowledge of office and admin systems, including computer
applications.
- Must
have cross-cultural work experience
- A
leader with the capacity to promote teamwork.
- Needs
excellent English language skills, both oral and written
