- Inventory
and control of all F&B equipment.
- Cleanliness
and sanitation of all the areas of Food and Beverage
- Supervision,
control and duty allocation to the Kitchen stewards.
- Training
all Kitchen stewards on proper hygiene standards and sanitation guidelines
- Aged
30 - 45 years
- At
least five years experience in a similar position, preferably from afive
star hotel establishment.
- Good
knowledge of detergents and sanitation guidelines
- HACCP
awareness.
- Ability
to communicate with F&B and stewarding team
- Good
supervisory skills
- Computer
literate
