FHOK is a pioneer and leader in providing and championing for quality comprehensive and integrated sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services and youth friendly services in Kenya for over 50 years.
SRH services are provided through FHOK’s clinics spread out in 9 major counties and community based programming.
The organization is seeking to recruit an Assistant Programme Director (APD) who will be reporting to program Director.

Main responsibilities
- Assist
in implementation of the overall FHOK program and its activities in
accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
- Develop
new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Develop
and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful
FHOK program
- Provide
guidance in development and implementation of Annual Program & Budget
- Assist
in development of overall program evaluation framework to assess strengths
of FHOK program and identify areas for improvement
- Develop
funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of
services
- Monitor
and evaluate FHOK medical facilities for provision of high quality SRH
services
- Assist
in development and implementation policy and procedure guidelines in
provision of SRH services
Academic and Professional Qualification
- MBC/BH
from recognized University with a minimum of 5 year experience in Sexual
and Reproductive Health program. Those with MPH will have added advantage.
- Proficient
in computer and management skills
- Good
writing, analysis and communication skills.
- Must
be a result oriented and team player
- Other
personal attributes including flexibility and adaptability, innovativeness
and self-motivation.
