Reporting to: QEHS Manager
Job Purpose
This position will monitor, control and maintain EHS and food microbiological quality activities as per the set standards and procedures to ensure consistent product quality and safety; employees, contractors, visitors health and safety; and to protect and conserve the environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure
raw material, work in progress, environment and finished goods undergo
microbiological analysis as per the Cadbury Kenya & East Africa Ltd
requirements
- Prepare
and maintain daily microbiological records for analysis to identify
potential or current problematic areas
- Liaise
with external laboratories for sampling and analyses of specified samples

in the implementation of quality assurance and laboratory programs
