Reporting to the Marketing Manager the person will be responsible for the development and management of National Radio brands with the aim of achieving and maintaining leadership positions in their respective market segments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare
and implement annual brand plans to achieve set targets.
- Ensure
brand profitability is achieved through optimal management of resources
- Collect,
analyze & prepare brand reports and conduct competitive market
analysis.
- Develop
and implement brand communication strategies
- Liaise
with external agencies in developing and implementing brand strategies
- Identify
and initiate brand improvements to meet changing market needs
- New
product development
Requirements
- At
least a Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputable
University.
- A
Post graduate Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institution will be
an added advantage.
- 5
years experience in brand marketing in a large organization.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
