About this position
Bridge International Academies is looking for School Managers who will be in charge of a
school - recruit students, supervise teachers and staff, and manage the

We have launched 37 schools in Kenya, with approximately 35 more opening in January and plan to rapidly scale the Company to serve more than 1 million students across continents.
About this position
Our schools are managed by school managers from the local community, and supported by the central headquarters that provides:
- Teacher
Training and ongoing monitoring and support
- Curriculum
& Assessments
- The
physical buildings and the land
- Training
for School Managers and ongoing monitoring and support
- All
of the tools needed by the school manager to run the school, including
- Systems
for monitoring teacher performance and instruction
- Systems
for managing the expenses and payroll
- Systems
for managing facilities and operations
- Systems
for marketing and recruiting students
- All
of our Bridge International Academies are run in an identical fashion,
with school managers monitored very closely and supported by headquarters.
About you
- Have
leadership experience in an organization or business
- Be
an entrepreneur - business-minded, ambitious, and energetic
- Be
a great communicator and prepared to recruit students through door-to-door
marketing
- Have
good K.C.S.E results mean grade of C
