Showroom Sales Executives 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Attend to Walk ¡n customers.
  • Implement, monitor and ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
  • Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and quotations are followed up regularly.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Showroom Manager on daily showroom sales performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  • A degree or diploma holder in management related field with a specialisation in sales and marketing management.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Retail showrooms of a reputed brand.
  • Highly self motivated with passion for excellence in customer service.
  • Team player with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Communications, report writing and good negotiation skills are a must.
Customer Relations Executive 

Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • To ensure and provide the best customer service to each and every customer with regards to their Deliveries, Complaints, Queries
  • To prepare Daily Sales Invoices, Cash Sales, Delivery Notes, Delivery Schedules and providing the copies to Warehouse In Charge on Daily basis.
  • Keep the Showroom Manager updated with the daily customer complaints / issues and coordinate with the Operations Manager with regards to items / product issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Retail showrooms of a reputed brand.
  • Highly self motivated with passion for excellence in customer service.
  • Team player with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Communications, report writing and good negotiation skills are a must.
  • Must be able to work under stressful situations and conditions.
