- To be
responsible for the planning, management and progression of the business
transformation team activities in an efficient and effective manner with
particular focus on identifying and securing efficiencies and improvements
in services across the business unit and meeting the wider efficiency
agenda
- Managing change
for a large number of people in a labour intensive and unionised environment
- Work with
operational teams and facilitate the interaction with cross-functional
teams in order to develop and drive re-engineering plans
- Aid in the
development and design of new operational processes, structures and
application sets that deliver optimized results in line with business
priorities
- Develop final
recommendations for future methods of operations and sell these
successfully to local and regional management
- Develop detailed
process maps to represent process flows, interdependencies, key
stakeholders, systems/manual interactions and aid to the analysis and
design of future methods of operations of the manned security business
- Ensure that
information submission and delivery deadlines are met and that all
reporting is accurate
- Delivering
transformation projects ensuring while linkage to the business goals at
all times
- Developing
controlled processes to improve effectiveness in the specified areas of
focus
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of
University degree, preferably in business management or equivalent
- Very strong
operational background in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience –
Demonstrated and successful transformational change management in a huge
and dynamic business
- Utilizing
project management and process improvement tools and skills with rigor
- Excellent people
management skills
- Leader and team
player with unquestionable integrity
- customer care

- Demonstrated
maturity with Strong business acumen

- A self starter
with a strong drive and commitment to get things done, able to
communicate, present and influence within multi layered relationships,
