An expanding mid size Bank with well established country wide branch network in Kenya is seeking to recruit persons in the following positions:

1. Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for effectively managing, coordinating and administering HR functions and policies relating to employees so as to ensure peaceful industrial relations and enhanced productivity, utilization of resources, quality office services and effective office management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of a Bachelors degree/Diploma in Human resource management.
  • Experience in labor laws, procedures and policies.
  • Work experience in a Bank/Financial Institution is desirable.
2. Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to MD

Job Responsibilities

Works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support and helps managers to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks

Qualifications and Experience
  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in secretarial Practice/communication management.
  • Work experience in a Bank/Financial Institution is desirable.
  • Good level of competence in all computer packages.
  • Experience in a secretarial role will be an added advantage.
