Application Development and Support (E-recharge App Support)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required


  • Basic knowledge about SMSC, IN, CRBT, USSD, OTA
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  • Knowledge on Oracle DB, UNIX/LINUX commands is must
  • Shell / Perl scripting is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Java
  • Work experience on real time charging app. / e-money transfer sys.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills (i.e. complex environment / tcp dump analysis)
  • Work exp mobile money application / platform will be given preference
  • Others you can add the standard one's

2. AIX System Administrator

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • Exp – 4-7 yrs
  • Experience in LVM And Clusters
  • Knowledge of server installation and recovery, LVM concepts, backups, network concepts-NIS, NFS, TCPIP, routing. Knowledge on HACMP and logical partitioning desirable AIX (mention the version) with HACMP BOX– Production Server.
  • Administer Data center with 24* 7 support for Unix (AIX) Boxes with HACMP Clusters. Installation, Configuration, Performance monitoring in production servers. (i.e. pSeries server).
  • Collecting data and implementing Operating system upgrades (AIX) to the latest available maintenance levels, latest Create LVM structures based on requirement provided by application owner.
  • Perform storage migration on Cluster server.
  • Backing up & Restoring File System on a Regular Schedule through tools like IBM TSM
  • Scheduling jobs.
  • Working and troubleshooting on day-to-day problems via opening and closing tickets.
  • Participating in change record meeting and approving changes.
  • Should be a Graduate ( B.E. / MCA/ M.Sc./ B.Sc./ Dip (Polytechni)/BCA)
  • Willing to Work in 24*7 environment / Shifts Including Night Shifts
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Product Certification i.e. AIX Admin
3. Oracle DBA

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • Exp – 4-7 yrs
  • Candidate must have Oracle 11G and Oracle 10g/9i DBA experience on UNIX / Linux / Windows environment.
  • Candidate would be responsible for Oracle Apps DBA and Oracle DBA tasks, such as Database & Application Tuning, Cloning, Patching, Upgrade & Installation of Oracle Applications, Applications sys admin tasks, Backup & Recovery procedures using RMAN etc, Oracle RAC, Oracle Streams, Disaster Recovery setup and maintenance, UNIX shell scripting and documentation. Initiating, documenting, and managing SR's with Oracle to resolution; performing capacity planning; participating in planning and direction of Applications strategy to ensure alignment with overall technical and business objectives.
  • Candidate must be self-motivated while possessing the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a team environment.
  • Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 shifts and on-call support and weekend support. Open to work in Odd / Shift Hours.
  • Candidate should have the ability to effectively interface with other teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Should be a Graduate ( B.E. / MCA/ M.Sc./ B.Sc./ Dip (Polytechni)/BCA)
  • Willing to Work in 24*7 environment / Shifts Including Night Shifts

4. Call Centre Engineer

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in CCT technology preferably Avaya certified
  • Experience of working with JAVA, WEB-SERVER and Web Services.
  • Experience of working with Oracle / SQL Database would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of telecom networks & SS7 & SIP signalling will be preferred
5. Senior Call Centre Engineer

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in of experience in CCT technology preferably Avaya certified
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience of working with JAVA, WEB-SERVER and Web Services.
  • Experience of working with Oracle / SQL Database.
  • Experience with delivery with virtual teams would be an advantage.
  • Good Knowledge of telecom networks & SS7 & SIP signalling will be preferred.
