AID Village Clinics is searching for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team. We offer competitive salary and on-site housing is provided.

We are currently recruiting for the following position which will be based at the Mbirikani site:

Farm Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Overall effective farm management and responsible for day to day running of the farm.
  • Preparation and forwarding of regular reports concerning the farm to the Chicago office.
  • Maintenance of the filter ponds, green roof, and general landscaping.
  • Overseeing installation of vegetable garden, chicken and egg production
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural and any related discipline.
  • Training and experience in organic farming will be essential.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of key aspects of integrated farm management.
  • Knowledge and experience in landscaping will be essential.
  • Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
