Objectives
- To steward the sales and marketing operation of Midland Energy Limited
- To increase customer awareness of the mid-gas brand of LPG
- To design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
- To develop sales and marketing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company profit and market share of the LPG market.
- To use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the profitability and growth of the brand.
- Direct re-hiring, training and performance evaluation of sales and marketing staff and oversee the daily activities.
- To build key relationship with internal and external partners to further increase the company’s market reach and financial viability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience especially in fast moving consumer good College degree, strong leadership and consensus building skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or equivalent)
