We seek to recruit a dynamic, focused, experienced and highly motivated individual for the post of Operations Director. The candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction for the organization ,its values and programmes.
This position requires an outstanding performer who can build and lead a team of highly motivated staff. The person must display a passion to work in the Coffee Industry
Qualifications, Experience and Profile:
· 5+ years experience in coffee retail, marketing and manufacturing
· Proven experience in both program and Supply Chain Management
· Proven track record relating to implementation of coffee initiatives
· Experience –both within and outside of E.Africa
· Proven Team management skills
· Proven record of building and managing teams and creating an enabling work environment, including the ability to effectively lead, develop and evaluate staff performance.
· The candidate should have strong management skills and should be a leader who can coach, mentor and develop staff.
