General Manager Business Development & Corporate Planning
Duties & Responsibilities
The General Manager will report to the Managing Director for effective management of the Corporation’s non-conceded assets, business development and strategic planning to ensure business growth and development.
The specific tasks include but not limited to:
·         Providing overall leadership in Business Development, Marketing, Research and planning activities of KRC;
·         Evaluation and development of new projects and business opportunities;
·         Managing and reviving growth from non-conceded assets;

·         Coordinating the development of the business strategy and performance monitoring in line with the Corporation’s objectives and targets;
·         Overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the Corporation;
·         Developing and implementing new business opportunities;
·         Monitoring and coordinating the organisations performance contract with the government;
·         Preparing and presenting divisional management papers for approval by the management.
Requirements
·         Must have a Bachelor of Commerce, Land Economics or equivalent;
·         Master in Business Administration would be an added advantage
·         Diploma in project management or marketing would be an added advantage;
·         Minimum of 10 years experience, 5 of which must be in at senior management level in a similar organization;
·         Excellent interpersonal , communication and negotiation skills;
·         Team player and strong leadership, organizational and management skills;
·         Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications;
·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
