HR Officer Job Vacancy in Kenya

Qualifications
  • University degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
  • 3 + years working experience
  • 30 years and above
  • Experience in training and development an advantage
  • Performance management and procurement knowledge a must
  • Experience in CBA negotiations an added advantage
  • Administrative skills will be required
  • Computer literate excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Knowledge of staff attendance records/reporting required
  • State current and expected salary
Functions to Perform

  • Support in developing HR policies, procedures for employment, recruitment and compensation
  • Provide leadership to ensure HR programs are successfully delivered
  • Discipline, staff development
  • Perform quarterly/annual performance appraisals of staff
  • Provide ongoing payroll and information systems
  • Design, implement and maintain an approved employment plan
  • Staff motivation
  • Provide and implement training programs to fit needs of existing staff
  • Any other administrative duties as may be delegated.
