Responsibilities
- Overseeing all personnel and administration matters in Food and beverage department
- Ability to manage staff, analyze recipes, menu engineering and controls to ensure maximum production at minimum production cost
- Demonstrate high level of intergrity,managerial and interpersonal skills
- Attend all food and beverage meetings and coordinate with the convener in charge
- Prepare food and beverage report and brief the general manager
- Can work under pressure and attend to members queries
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the general manager
Qualification
- A degree from any recognized university
- Diploma from Kenya Utalii College
- At least 5 years working experience in the same position
- Fully computer literate and knowledge of food and beverage control
- Minimum of four years experience at management level in hospitality industry
- Previous experience in a private members club will be an added advantage
