Customer Care / Public Relations Manager Job in Kenya

A leading retailer is seeking to recruit a suitable individual to fill the following position.

The position will be based at the company’s head office in Nairobi.

Customer Care / Public Relations Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will steer the development, planning and implementation of customer care/public relations policies and strategies that enhance the company’s reputation.

Applicants must possess a Bachelors degree in relevant field and a professional qualification.

Certification in Marketing will be an added advantage.

They must possess a minimum of six years relevant experience with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills will be crucial in this role.
