AMREF is seeking to fill the following positions for an anticipated national USAID funded project. The project aims at strengthening the institutional capacities of National Civil Society Organizations and their affiliates, to enable them deliver on the community health response, and improve the health and wellbeing of Kenyans.
Chief of Party

Ref. No:-KCO/HR/016/2011
The Chief of Party will provide overall strategic leadership to the project, provide oversight for project operations, ensuring compliance with USAID requirements and regulations, manage project resources and manage co-ordination with key stakeholders. S/he will supervise a team of professionals.
Institutional Strengthening Manager

Ref. No:-KCO/HR/017/2011
The Institutional Strengthening Manager will provide technical and management leadership for institutional strengthening for National Civil Society Organsiations and their affiliates – in aspects that among others include leadership, governance and financial management. S/he will supervise several technical officers.
