Knowledge Manager Job in Kenya

Davis & Shirtliff is the EA region’s leading water equipment supplier and employs over 300 staff.

D&S now needs to appoint and experienced and qualified 
Knowledge Manager who will design and coordinate implementation of training and development programmes for its staff and customers.

The successful candidate will report to the HR & Admin Manager and will also work closely with the divisional line managers.

Qualifications: -

  • A bachelors Degree.
  • Candidates with either a post graduate diploma or Masters level will have a competitive edge.
  • At least five years experience in an academic or training environment.
  • Not more than 35 yrs of age.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design responsive training programs including e-learning.
  • Plan, organize, develop and direct all corporate training programmes.
  • Facilitate on the job training for employees.
