The GOVERNMENT OF KENYA has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Transparency & Communications Infrastructure Project (TCIP) Credit No. 4284-KE; Project ID No. P094103.
The Kenya ICT Board requests for expressions of interest as an individual consultant to carry out the following tasks:
· Develop a grant appraisal process in line with the KTCIP project objectives;
· Assist the Kenya ICT Board reviewing all grant proposals;
· Prepare and submit assessment reports to the Grants Committee.
Individual Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, May 2004 Revised October 1,2006 & May 1,2010.
A complete set of terms of reference and proposal submission documents in English may be obtained from the Kenya ICT Board Procurement Office on 1 2th Floor, Teleposta Towers,between9.00 a.m.— 1.00 P.M. and2.00 P.M—4.00 P.M. excluding weekends and national public holidays or be downloaded from Kenya ICT Website www.ict.go.ke.
