For Digitizing, Indexing and Archival of 25 Million Records
The Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons, through the Department of the National Registration Bureau invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for digitization, indexing and archival of 25 million records.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Director of National Registration, National Registration Bureau P.O. Box 57007- 00200 Nairobi, NSSF Building, Block B 8TH floor (Procurement Office Room 813) during normal working hours.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates from the Procurement office, National Registration Bureau, NSSF Building, Block B 8TH floor (Procurement Office Room 813) during normal working hours upon payment of a non – refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000.00 in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons at the Cash Office on NSSF Building, Block B 9TH floor.
The document may also be downloaded from the Ministry’s website: www.mirp.go.ke. Bidders who download the tender document must arrange to pay the mandatory non-refundable fee as above before submission and attach proof of payment alongside their bid documents.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at NSSF Building, Block B 8th floor on Bishops Road or be addressed to Director of National Registration, National Registration Bureau, P.O. Box 57007-00200 Nairobi so as to be received on or before 10.00 A.M on the 13th May 2011. Bids submitted through email will not be considered. Late submissions will not be
