- A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with at least five years proven supervisory experience in a reputable institution
- Proven ability to manage a successful team
- Sound communication and customer relations skills
- Commercial awareness and computer literacy is essential
- Ability to facilitate the sales team in achievement of set sales targets and act as a link between the regions and head office
- Assist in training the sales team on product knowledge and selling skills, providing guidance and enhancing sales team and monitoring their sales performance
- Ensuring that customer database is up to date and optimal customer prospecting and follow-up systems are operational with proper reporting back systems
- Ability to manage marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
- Ability to carry out market research and report back accordingly and in time
- Should be between the age of 30 – 45 years
