My client a hotel and restaurant guide wishes to recruit four training officers. Their main responsibility will be to participate in organizing, planning, implementing and training our esteemed partners on our product development and changes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· University Graduate with a bachelors degree in Education or an equivalent.
· Must possess the ability to gain knowledge of a product quickly.
· Demonstrate the product to partners, and train others to demonstrate the product.
· Ability to positively influence others.
· Detail-oriented.
·
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
· A self-starter, results oriented and a team player.
· Be computer literate in Ms Office suite.
· Experience in a busy hospitality industry will be an added advantage
· 23 – 30 years of age
· Previous experience in a related field is required.
· Should have a Valid driving license.
· Willingness to frequently travel
