Job Summary
Reporting to the Profession Country Business Manager, the sales administrator will assist in sales analysis including provision of sales data and statistics.
Responsibilities
* Assist with all sales analysis from the countries within the Region and provide sales data and statistics to the profession country business manager and the profession team;
* Analyze the beverage solutions performance;
* Conduct product fixed marketing expense and Total Trade Spread analysis;
* Coordinate and finalize pending issues with Free-On-Loan customers;
* Ensure availability of machines stock and place new order whenever needed;
* Ensure accurate records for Free-On-Loan machines and check their conformity with service agents;
* Coordinate customers’ requests and complaints received and forward appropriately for resolution.
Requirements
* University Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce Sales, Marketing or related field ;
* Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration, preferably with an FMCG background;
* Excellent knowledge and working experience with Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and Ms Word;
* Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent statistical analysis skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills;
* Ability to drive results and obtain information from a team;
* Person of integrity with high level of confidentiality;
* Ability to multi task with good presentation skills.
