Job Title: Regional Quality Assurance Specialist

Company Profile: A multinational company that deals in the Manufacturing and Production of Nutritional and dairy products, coffee, tea, beverages, chocolate and confectionery

Reports to: Regional Quality Analyst Manager

Main Responsibilities

Management responsibilities will be to:

·         Ensure sustenance of quality assurance programme;

·         Coordinate compliance tracking

·         Prepare monthly reports and quality reviews for the quality assurance function;

·         Develop Co-packer and Co-manufacture quality system;

·         Conduct quality assurance performance measure.

Functional responsibilities will be to:

·         Coordinate the establishment and review of the Quality Management System;

·         Plan and conduct GLP audits for factory & contracted external Labs;

·         Coordinate mock recalls;

·         Ensure IMS complaints for finished products are properly handled;

·         Ensure quality KPIs tracking;

·         Coordinate defect rejection projects for CI.

Competencies and Skills

·         B.Sc.or  MSc Degree in Food science / Microbiology/ Biochemistry or related courses

·         Minimum 5 years experience in a food processing industry, preferably with an FMCG background

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with good relationship building skills;

·         Self initiative and proactive;

·         Good analytical with ability to diagnose and creatively resolve problems that arise from time to time;

·         A proven team player with ability to drive results;

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills
