Senior Project Manager

Key Tasks

Mission:

The Senior Project Manager manages - with responsibility for agreed business results – complete medium size, medium complex projects of respective total volume / risk in the context of NSN-specific requirements.

He represents the NI project in the customer interface on senior management level.

Responsibility:
  • Overall service business management responsibility for complete NI project scope with medium complexity and / or size

Telecom Implementation Manager

Network Implementation is responsible for cost-efficient delivery of implementation service for NSN and for deploying effective standardized and advanced site solutions.

As part of the NI service line, Site Solutions mission to create and implement cost effective site solution for new sites, expansion and network integration.

The Telecom Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely, efficient and quality Site solutions service delivery in Nokia Siemens Networks customer projects.

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation resource planning.
  • Demand planning for implementation teams (Installation, commissioning and integration).
  • Supports building and maintains the organizational structure of the project implementation team together with NSN region/sub region implementation management.
  • Implements TI related processes within the project.
  • Create Methods of Procedure and agree Acceptance standards with customer
  • Interfaces with the Logistics Manager to verify the standard site components and assess availability of all materials.

Quality Health and Safety Manager

The Quality, Health & Safety Manager (QHSM) is responsible for Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Health and Safety within Nokia Siemens Networks customer projects.

Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and monitor execution of project/customer specific quality plans which align with customer contractual requirements in cooperation with Project/Care Manager.
  • Monitor and validate Quality Gates in pre-, project- and after sales phases with project management.
  • Initializing, supporting and controlling issues and measures for quality improvement during the realization phase of customer projects.
  • Ensure risk management is regularly executed. Plan and organize risk management workshops for customer projects initiated by project/care manager.
  • Escalate process issues and projects decisions if quality requirements are affected.

The calculation of quantities of types of equipment to dimension BOM’s correctly by incorporating the site survey information and design outputs.

The analysing of a network, planning and dimensioning of plan for 3G Radio networks. The documentation of site survey reports, high level design documents, installation documents to report on the design and planning of radio networks. (Reporting & Documenting).

Deployment according to the commercial model with Bharti and reconciliation of the deployed Mbps for commercial settlement.
